"Product looked nothing like the image"

Product looked nothing like the image - Image shows knitwear. I got polyester ribbed.
Asked to return items as they did not match the images. I was advised to pay to return the item for a full refund. The refund cost was the same as the price of the item. So returning it i would be at a loss. I use these as PJ's now. Will never buy from them again.

I ordered 2 of the most advertised long top and wide leg trousers sets.
When they arrived they were a completely different material than the pictures with a stripe through its, had no pockets and none of the ribbing that was shown at the neck,cuffs or base of top and trousers. They were cheap knock offs of a more expensive product pictured for sale.
I tried to contact their customer services twice, but no reply.
Don't expect your order to look anything like the pictures.
