The service was great and transparent. The price we agreed to was the final price and there were no hidden fees or anything. The car made it here in perfect condition. The only reason I’m knocking down one star is because I was told I’d be given one days notice before the car arrived so I could coordinate to be available for the delivery and all I got was 30 min. Additionally, I was told the car would arrive between Saturday and Sunday and my mom who the driver picked the car up from was told between Friday and Saturday. I called, texted and emailed starting Friday to get an ETA and I got nothing. I didn’t hear from them until after the car was delivered on Monday.

Bottom line, they provide transparent service, no hidden fees, good rates and the car arrived in good condition. However, once they get you to sign the contract and send over the deposit, you don’t hear from them or get updates at all until after delivery. Makes you nervous.

My rep, Eva, was amazing and in constant communication with me The final price was a little higher than the initial quote, but having done this before, I knew that could be the case. The driver was very professional, friendly and excellent at keeping me notified of everything.
