Nothing was too much trouble for the representative of btoffice I dealt with (Dixie Park). I had to change my quote requirements several times and it was dealt with speedily and with good grace. The quote was competitive and the furniture is as described, very happy with it. Small issue a day before delivery when a percentage of the desk tops weren't ready for the install date, however I was offered a solution which wasn't needed as this was rectified three days later and didn't cause us any issues. The installation crew from both btoffice and Interiors were fantastic. A job that I expected to take a full working day was completed by lunchtime and all packaging was cleared up and removed. I would definitely use this company again.

We were planning a complete office re-fit, I made one simple phone call and the ball was rolling.
They came to our office to measure up and listened to what we were planning & needed (which is very rare these days). Within 48 hours I had a fully designed floor plan and everything priced up. Even when our ‘powers that be’ changed our requirements (and believe me, this happened a number of times) didn’t faze them!!
Their pricing is very reasonable and their team were really friendly and knew what they were doing. We even got help outside office hours and after our main installation was completed.
So has I said - Simply Tremendous. I would highly recommend using these guys!

I came across BT Office by googling whilst planning a refurbishment of our Contact Centre. The website was quite good and easy to use but I needed help with pricing. I called and spoke to a lady called Amanda. She was very helpful and informative and we eventually decided on BT Office to be the supplier of our shiny new furniture. I have been quite an awkward customer but Amanda has consistently gone above and beyond and really helped me achieve some very tight timescales. Everybody that I have dealt with at BT Office has been friendly and helpful and the installation team were great too! All in all I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again whenever the need arises. Thank you so much again.
