"Staff have a "don't care attitude""

My tank I purchased developed a fault with the lighting unit, after spending my own cash on two new bulbs, they agreed to replace the hood. However I have been given no choice but to have to order and pay for the new part, them pay for postage to return the old hood, however they are only prepared to refund me for the price of the hood, not the expensive postage to return the faulty one. The attitude of the staff is terrible, not once did I even get as much as a sorry and everytime I challenged the strange process of making the customer pay to return a faulty product that is in warranty, I pushed into a corner and told it was my choice, if i wanted a refund for the new part I had to pay to return the faulty one. Don't use this company, as of yet i am still awaiting a reply from them to my lasted email I sent to them ref the above on Friday.

i had it up and running in a day fish in the next week more fish the week after it is doing very well and i am very please with it.

Cant fault my shopping experience. I didnt like the look of the website at first as it seemed shady. It didnt look "professional" but that wasn't the case at all.
They had good communication and sent me emils regarding my purchase, incl: invoice, etc.
They give you the opportunity to contact them as you make your purchase. (I asked them to group all my items in one package- They did!)
The package itself was very secure, more secure that than I expected.
The item in question met my expectation.

Rocket sent my salt as stated but the delivery was delayed by Yodel,whom it appears,couldnt be bothered to advise anyone the tub was broken. When i phoned Rocket it was solved without fuss or bother. In my opinion its a great company to deal with and would recommend them
