I was trying to place an order on the website on a weekend. I got very frustrated because I could not get the website to accept my payment info and I of course assumed it was Almac fault. Much to my shame, I sent a snarky email to them. Within 20 minutes I received a phone call and was very politely told it was because my credit card company was not allowing the charge to go through. I called my credit card company and sure enough, that was the problem ! The sale went through and I received the entire order two days later !! Amazing Service :)
