"What excellent service we received"

What excellent service we received! Tickets were emailed to us in good time, downloading and printing (or just saving on our mobiles) was very easy and the seats we were allocated were really good!
It was lovely to sit surprisingly with the same people, from all around the world, who had bought their tickets from GPE and friendships were formed at the track.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will certainly be using them again if we are fortunate enough to travel to another F1 event.

"Saving Grace after massive disappointment from Motorsport Tickets"

Thank you for your amazing customer service and reliability. I initially booked Monza tickets from Motorsport tickets but a month before the event, I was left disappointed when my tickets were not secured due to overbooking. With flights and hotel all booked, I decided to browse other websites and managed to find tickets from here. Everything was smooth flowing. Easy to navigate through the website and really good explanation on the seats as well. Pleased and relieved that I am definitely attending the grandprix. Thanks again for your prompt emails and providing reassurance all throughout my experience. Tickets were emailed to me within a week and they were cheaper than Motorsport tickets! I will definitely be booking my tickets from this company in the future!

"What a great weekend we had"

What a great weekend we had, went all 3 days. Fantastic facilities and easy to get in and out of circuit. Much improved on previous years. The only criticism was being turned away from beckets corners, I was not happy at all, this is the best viewing area for f1 in the world. The race was absolutely amazing. The toilets were not up to scratch, as most didn't flush. But all in all a great weekend. Thanks silverstone.

"Very good post sales service"

Great customer service.

After paying $$ for Grand Prix tix on our c/card, we were advised there was an issue and initially we thought we may be target of a scam, however turns out we couldn't be further from the reality.

Once we raised our concerns, the events team were incredibly responsive, very understanding post sales service, and kept us updated by phone (so good to actually SPEAK with real people :)).

The team resolved the issue quickly and our overall experience was outstanding. We'll use them again for future tix!

"We received the tickets in the Webber…"

We received the tickets in the Webber stand and it was perfect. They were easy to retrieve and print out.
The afternoon sun was setting behind us and we had a screen to check out the rest of the race.
It was full on action at our corner, with Alonso & Vettel coming to grief as well as many others going off-line while attempting passing manoeuvres.

It was a great experience dealing with the company and especially Simon.
He was always on top of the situation. He always replied to my emails very quickly.
Most importantly (to us), the tickets were fantastic.

The customer relations staff that was available by telephone were responsive and knowledgeable. There was a lot of uncertainty around who could attend the event and Covid testing requirements. The website and the staff were very helpful and I was able to attend the European race from the US with no issues!

Overall it was a terrific experience, had a few questions and they where answered in a easy to understand manner along with sending out emails with information on entering due to covid-19. Was 10/10 I have even used your service again for the Turkish GP due to the great experience.
