exclent product highly recommended, service delivery was less than 8 days from date of order. its lighter than the original ones we had provided 4 years ago ...very happy with quality and Finnish of product.

in one property we stayed, it could have been cleaner. We had to pay extra for linen. There was only enough cutlery for 2.
that's I why can't give it a 5-star rating. Otherwise, the two other properties were fine. especially the last one was super clean and the detail fit out just perfect.

"Great product — with a flawed design"

The products I purchased were great.

However, I will make one caveat which is that I have been told that the underside of the DuraBreathe quilt covers is not water repellent and stain resistant. If this is true, then it means the product is poorly designed. Incontinence comes in many forms, including urostomies (and colostomies). For both of these conditions it is most likely that a top sheet or the underside of the quilt cover will be affected. So the product needs to be water repellent and stain resistant on the underside as well. It is unlikely that the top will ever become wet, but the underside is different. So the underside of the quilt needs to be made from the same material as the topside, and be able to be wiped down and the entire quilt turned over to air dry.
