I had an urgent situation where I needed 2 mortice locks installed on my bedroom doors. I had failed appointments from 3 locksmiths, who couldn’t be bothered to turn up or answer my calls, so I was not hopeful. Raymond arrived on time and promptly set about changing the locks

The service was exceptional, and the pricing was more than fair considering the quality of work provided, and the fact that he had to comeback two days later to complete the job because the second lock was delivered late. Excellent value for money.

I phoned Raymond and explained the issue I had with my sliding doors. He arrived at my home 40 minutes after I had spoken to him on the phone. He's very polite and he explained what the problem was. He fixed the issue and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him.
