"Direct fine without warning"

I was new to the UK and joined F45 London, signing up for several £99 sessions on and off for 2 months.

Through F45, I learned that a gym can withdraw money directly from your bank account without warning.

I was charged a no-show fee (around £20) because I missed a session due to work commitments. The moment I realized the membership granted them such power, I canceled my membership immediately.

The gym itself is clean, with pretty basic equipment. It advertises training in pairs, but there’s not much difference compared to training solo, as you constantly follow the trainers’ instructions.
