The service was pretty good, the document reached on time and without any hassles, though i have a suggestion

This website was suggested by a friend to whom someone else referred it, but he avoided using the app because the first impression wasn't great, the website UI and design looks unbelievably outdated for a 2017 website and had bugs too. He told me that it gave an impression of a spam or a phishing site , which i agree to also. Even i took some time before i decided to give it a try. Please work on the UI and get rid if your bugs, there are people not using your service because it gives a wrong impression.

There were no updates about the transition of the courier nor when it was delivered. I finally had to mail them to check whether it was delivered or not. However the international courier(to Europe) was delivered well in time.

My experience has been very good using Jiffies service. I often send couriers to Japan. I found an option on the Jiffie website, which was about 60% cheaper than my regular courier guy !! Pickup was from my doorstep. Payment was online. Tracking emails from Jiffie to keep you notified on where the package has reached. Delivery was probably a day faster than my regular courier guy. Jiffie enables the whole thing flawlessly.

Really happy with their service. Booked a package for US late in the evening, was told it will take 4 business days. Pick-up happened next morning and it was delivered within 3 days. This is the fastest delivery to the US I have ever seen, even local courier deliveries within India takes longer. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting great service at an unbeatable price.
