AJ and his team were very helpful and the Toyota Alphard was well prepared, fully serviced and exactly as described. I collected it on a Wednesday and drove to France on the Friday, it performed perfectly for the whole 1200 mile trip. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

MHH sourced a Nissan Elgrand for us from Japan and shipped it to the UK.

Alistair went through how the whole process worked and was very honest and transparent with pricing. He found us a great car within our budget and keep us informed on our cars progress along the way.

What sets them apart I would say is the brilliant communication, they would always get back to me straight away and patiently answered my many many questions!

They are friendly, extremely well organised and professional, everything was documented and processed quickly.

From looking at their other cars, it looks like they only import high grade cars and make sure that any work needed is done to the highest standard.
Our 14 year old car was like a nearly new one when we collected it!

We recently purchased a 2008 Nissan Elgrand from MHH Japanese Cars after a long search for a newly imported vehicle. MHH did not disappoint, we dealt with Alistair who we found to be helpful & friendly and who was able to answer all the questions that we threw at him however obscure they were!

We had some modifications carried out which conveniently took place next door to the MHH office so the process felt very slick & hassle free. We were kept fully informed of time frames & costing for the work so had no nasty surprises along the way. This work included a rear de- cat & underseal both of which we have had no issues with.

Overall, an excellent service all round & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MHH to anyone looking for a Japanese import.

I would rarely buy a car from a dealer but never have I bought from a dealer and had the thought that I would go back for another. This dealership is different.

I dealt with Alistair regularly over the course of 3 months (waiting for import) and found him to be very upfront and honest, attentive to my concerns, personable and generous.

Alistair was extremely confident in the quality of stock of their cars because they only buy grade 4 (out of 5) at auction so you will never receive tarted up rubbish from MHH.

I did my research and using the VIN number, got an independent online report on the vehicle showing all its history, mileage and many photos of the vehicle over the years leading up to its import. Everything checked out well.

I put a sizeable deposit down with the assurance that if, for whatever reason, I didn't like the car when I saw it, I could have it straight back

Alistair took all of the stress out of searching for the right vehicle. If ever I had any queries, Alistair always got back to me quickly. I spoke to his business partner, Chris, very briefly once or twice, and whilst I'm sure he's lovely and very hardworking... 😉
