Ich habe zum ersten Mal ein Boot gechartert und ich bin begeistert von dem Service. Ich wurde durch eine sehr freundliche und kompetente Dame persönlich beraten und konnte mich mit meinen Fragen immer wieder schriftlich oder telefonisch an dieselbe Mitarbeiterin wenden. Phillipa hat alle meine Fragen zuverlässig und schnell beantwortet. Bis zum Abschluss der Buchung wurden wir durch sie bestens begleitet was mir die Entscheidung und die letztendliche Buchung erheblich erleichtert hat.
Nachdem wir das ausgesuchte Boot anderweitig ein wenig günstiger gefunden hatten, hat sie sich auch noch um eine entsprechende Preisanpassung gekümmert.
