I am so sad to write this review however after several emails and no response I had to make other people aware- I have advised the home office did not accept digital signature, only wet. They said it would cost more if I want that (this was not specified before), I asked for refund and went elsewhere cheaper. They said the manager will be in touch however the emails are ignored.
