Wonderful service from Adam who I phoned on Tuesday and he arranged delivery for the next day. Steve and Chris who installed the dishwasher were helpful and very competent and couldn’t have been nicer. Altogether a great experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in future. Thank you

Recently had our washing machine stop working. Contacted MA Wash Vac Edgware that day, they were able to attend the following day and fixed the problem, was 'brushes'.
All I can say is that in our dealings with this company we have only received courteous and efficient service.
Have purchased a number of appliances over the years, No hassles. Highly recommend them!

"Completely UNRELIABLE"

Completely UNRELIABLE. After various reassurances and phone calls that they would come, they made us wait a whole day (we had to change work appointments etc). After a month our oven still doesn't work, they didn't have the spare part and when they ordered it (late) it arrived broken. They are making fun of us. This morning they assured us they would come and now they say they can't, maybe in a few days. Liars, the truth is that after a month they still don't have the spare part and in the meantime we waste time waiting for them. When I called them again, begging to come today, they said that there is nothing they can do, only wasting our time! They cannot care less about customers. TO BE AVOIDED WITH GREAT CARE. UNRELIABLE!

I was recommended to use this company when my washing machine stopped working. They came out quickly and confirmed it was beyond repair and after offering good advice and a selection of machines, they arrived today to take away old machine and install new one. Quick cheerful professional service. I would very highly recommend.
