There customer service is above and beyond. They will always keep up with notification about all updates. If you live in different country at another time zone they will work around the clock to get in touch with you if needed.
My experience with orbit have been fantastic, I am very satisfied with their professionalism and sincerity.
They went ahead and helped with making sure that item delivered by the sender to them was the items that I wanted, and stayed in touch with the senders on my behalf, also as stayed in touch with me until I have received the package.I have experience other many other courier in Indian but no one provide great service like Orbit. Highly recommend them.
