From the first day, meeting Lucio, through installation, and now, 3 years later, having a follow up to check water with Juan, our experience has been excellent. These guys work hard and will always take your call if you need anything. We’ve had our system for 3 years and it’s run beautifully. Our water check today was a testament to that! And an added bonus, being able to use our reverse osmosis system for all of our baby bottles and not having to buy bottled water is a LIFE SAVER! "Hello amazing water and even more amazing service"
Hello, my name is Sean, I purchased the water softening unit a little under a year ago. Juan came out and tested our water and showed me some stuff from the competitor and, and it all made sense that this was the best purchase once very knowledgeable. Good guy took the time answered all of my questions and then satisfied my wife’s questions who has very very tough water preferences so to sell her. It’s a tough job because she wants the water to taste like aqua pana and he was able to do that when the unit was installed he came back out and went through everything we’ve been very happy . so recently, we just one week away from a year of having a unit. My wife came back from a business trip and thought the water taste is a little off. I called Juan who was in the area and he came right over retested everything and explained that when the unit does the self cleaning sometimes the salt has a little overflow and then I have to purge the refrigerator and throw the ice out right after that we did everything is good it’s the best water iand the service is amazing. No charge just came out. Took care of us so in a week will be getting the normal one year check and he said they’ll come out and testthe water again so I can’t say enough for the service and the product. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽😁

"New Home But New System?"
We moved into a 4-year-old home in North Las Vegas that already had a water softener, and a water filtration under the sink. We were happy about that until we were unable to get them serviced. Bad part was that neither units had labels on them, so no company we called could help. We called out one company who put the tankless water heater in, but they had no idea how the softener worked in terms of servicing. It had a “foreign” control system on it that made cycling the unit uncertain. So, they didn’t take the risk. They further cautioned us that if the unit was older than we thought, being after-market, it could cause issues for our plumbing as the unit deteriorates, which could already be happening. Ultimately, we heard from sellers telling us the “brand” both systems were. We called the related company to the brands who contacted us right away. Turns out they didn’t install these units but rather, the softener was an aftermarket option most likely purchased through a plumber, and it wasn’t working properly. The under sink filtration system had a smell to the water that we had already noticed so wouldn’t drink. We just figured it needed new filters. Badder part, it was hard to tell when the last servicing for both units were, but chances were that both system were compromised due to not being serviced annually as they should be.
So, Sedna. Juan was great supporting us and helping to educate us on water quality and the importance of annual servicing of units to ensure its integrity, along with calming our concerns that in a “4 year old system” we were buying a new one already! One day in and we can tell a huge difference in the softness of our water and we now have true alkaline-based drinking water that tastes great. It was obvious that the first unit wasn’t operating at capacity. Because it was a new house, we could have kept on going for another several years thinking we were “a-okay” until we weren’t. We feel much better that we didn’t wait to seek out servicing and took the needed step to ensure our family’s safety and our entire plumbing system’s integrity as well. Thanks, Juan! We can tell you love what you do! We feel well-taken care of!!
