I had a good experience with Unique Glazing. Paul the salesman was pleasant to deal with and the quote was fair and straightforward. The fitters worked swiftly and I was happy with the results. Would recommemd!

I have just had three (very old) windows replaced and a badly fitted door (dad fitted it) corrected by unique glazing. Due to the old windows being quite deep in the plaster I was starting to panic thinking now I will need to decorate!
I did not realise that they would finish the job off so nicely, looks so good and far exceeded my expectations.
I had obtained their contact details from a neighbour as I had seen them doing their windows and thought they had done a good job from what I could see on the outside, I would recommend to others.
Communication from them is excellent.

Nicole was very attentive, resolved my minor fitment issue promptly. The window looks better than the original with the french opening flying baffel. Highly recommended.

The company is reputable, the price was good and the windows would be backed up by a guarantee and a FENSA certificate. We are very happy with the windows and got a guarantee, but never received a FENSA certificate. This is needed if you ever want to sell your house. However the company were prompt in rectifying the matter subsequently, and I'm sure it was just an oversight. Do remember to check you get one if you ever buy windows or doors.

"Supply and installation of conservatory"

I picked Unique to construct a conservatory and link door to the house. They had previously installed French doors, to my entire satisfaction.
They sent a work plan with their quote, following a survey. The payment plan was clearly set out.
They seem to run things efficiently, which gave me confidence in them.
Theirs wasn't the cheapest quote I had but it was acceptable and more importantly, their expected completion time was the fastest.
Throughout the process I found the company easy to communicate with, eg for any queries.
The builders they sent were competent, polite, and mostly very good. A couple of small things could have been better, eg the pebble-dash to the dwarf walls was not very evenly applied; the screws in the hinges of the door into the house were not tightened and the gutter leaked. The last two items were easily rectified.
On the plus side, fitting the house door wasn't straightforward because the wall round it needed repair, and they made a very good job of that.
On the whole I was very pleased with the result; it looks really nice and the materials appear to be good quality.
I can recommend Unique for this kind of work.

I was very worried about finding a reliable company at a reasonable price to have my windows replaced. Luckily, I kept hold of Ajay’s ( unique Windows)number from years ago when he replaced my patio door. Well, what can I say the service was fantastic and Ajay gave me a very very fair price for the job. The installers were so efficient and cleared all the mess up after them. Thanks unique windows for being so brilliant and affordable.

"Replacing sliding patio doors with Bi-fold"

Ours was a small job - a bifold to replace very dated sliding 'patio' doors. The result is a new house - it's opened up the downstairs living area completely. No mess, no fuss and all debris/old glass etc taken away. An immaculate finish. They came recommended by a friend who had a much bigger job done. Very very happy.
