Ordered mounts for an upcoming projects with indication from the website that it was in stock and would ship within 7 days at latest. Had to reach out after almost two weeks because I received no info or tracking number. Was informed that I’d get a tracking number when it shipped “probably next week”. Asked again the following week and was told via email “I’ll check and update”. No response so far.

The company has no direct cust svc number, and now our work project is just on hold pending this delivery which so far, after 15 days has not even shipped.

Excellent customer service. Very responsive. Received product but it was a different brand. I inquired and was informed that the Northern battery was replaced by a new brand (company was bought out) and that the battery I purchased was the same. Hooked the battery up to my alarm system and all works well.
