The boys at Silk helped me today and I can't thank them enough! I'm riding John O'Groats to Lands End but on my way in to Exeter my crank arm fell off! I managed a roadside repair and got it to their shop.

They fixed my bike, let me degrease and clean my chain, use their tools and wouldn't take any money even though I really wanted to give them something as they were life savers!

They've helped me complete my journey and will be remembered. Top lads and really knew their stuff about bikes... thank you!

New groupset installation - 11-speed Ultegra mechanical to replace my 10-year old 10-speed groupset. Jake was really helpful & my trusty Wilier is now better than ever - gears as smooth as butter, brakes excellent, he even machined the 11-speed cassette to fit on my 10-speed hubs - so happy. A top quality job!
