For my hifi system i wanted to complement my ProAc Response five with a subwoofwer capable of reproducing the lower frequencies correctly. I chose the arendal 1723 s2, set it to 30hz and 24 db slope and the result was satisfactory. To anyone who is thinking of buying a subwoofer i would recommend considering the Arendal brand because their subwoofers are well built and finished but most importantly they integrate perfectly with any speaker and sound really good.
