"Terrible and what a scam"

Terrible and what a scam. Wasted so much money for nothing. Spent 4 years and completed my course to be told after one year of completion that graduation will not take place by the student support team. The Awards team are also awful.
What a disgraceful service.

I don't recommend taking a course with them, everybody in the staff team are very unprofessional, my entire time with them was so stressful, after I completed my course I needed the diploma l, after 9 months and several emails and phone calls I still don't have it, stay away!

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at the London School of Science and Technology (LSST) Aston campus. This place operates more like a business than a legitimate educational institution. The lecturers are often unqualified; many cannot even explain basic course materials or communicate effectively in English. The staff claim to hold advanced degrees (Master’s, PhD), but their abilities don’t reflect this at all. Every week, there’s a new lecturer — I went from Mr. Mohsin to Ashbel and his team, none of whom showed any real academic integrity or teaching skill.

Academic support staff seem to lack honesty and professionalism, constantly dodging questions and providing misleading information. Instead of supporting students, it feels like they’re just trying to keep up a facade. The atmosphere on campus is shockingly lax. Many students aren't there to learn but to simply pass time or buy their way to a certificate, with assignments being outsourced to others.

Requesting help is pointless since most of the staff don't appear knowledgeable or even trained. I was told repeatedly that LSST is an "adult college" where students are expected to be independent — but how can students be independent when many can barely communicate in English? Despite this, somehow, they receive student ID cards and move ahead in their studies in ways that make no sense academically.

The lack of integrity at this place is staggering. Female students report inappropriate behavior from some lecturers, which only adds to the list of issues. Every staff member I've encountered seemed more focused on exploiting the system than educating students. LSST Aston campus is a breeding ground for unprofessionalism and, frankly, unethical practices. Local authorities need to investigate this institution to ensure students receive the quality education they’re promised.

I don" t recomend at all.The most inefficient staff and manager.
The manager of the institution disfavors students with disabilities, does not want to accept them and does his best not to accept them.
He is very arrogant and does not know the laws of his own institution where he is employed. I do not recommend this University of Luton. It does not help the students.

Getting back into education was not my initial idea. But thanks to Career's Tree they inspired me to sign up to London School of science and technology explaining what to expect during studies. Well, anything but that happened or was delayed. Studying at this institute was absolutely mind blowing how things are handled in this institute. You have to keep nagging them to get what you paid for, for being in education. Even the modules were tampered with and favourite students who literally not in class or seem to look like they cheated get higher marks. One student slipped about cheating and nothing was given as mentioned, FAVOURITE STUDENTS!Biased institute, double standards and only look for making money. Being at this institute only gave me enough emotional breakdowns and stress, I highly do not recommend....

I'm incredibly impressed with my experience at this college. The challenging nature of the exams, especially the 80% in maths, pushed me to my limits. Surprisingly, it built my trust and confidence, enabling me to perform at a high level. The academic team went above and beyond in assisting with the paper documents application, proving their dedication to students' success. Despite the challenging and professionally conducted exams and interviews, I am proud that I've managed get them with a good mark. Five stars well-deserved!
