I was a bit confused by the very easy, one word quiz that then seemed to allow me access to my certificate before I'd even attended the webinar. The enrolment procedure seemed straightforward except for when I wanted to access the live event and seemed to need to sign up again for it. I probably just clicked the wrong link in the wrong email - but even that suggests to me that the admin side of things could be streamlined.
