As a video production company for e-commerce sellers, we've worked with thousands of people/companies. Of these thousands, the GiddyUp team (Eric & Alec, especially) have been one of our favorite teams to work with. GiddyUp has hired us over the past 3 years to create a variety of video content and we have been working with them on a monthly basis for almost a year.

They are direct about what they are looking for, provide constructive feedback and are flexible on every project we've worked on. Being in the service industry, we couldn't ask for a better working relationship.

They helped us level up as a production company through their feedback and we hope to work together on more projects in the future!

I worked with GiddyUp on several freelance projects of the course of a year and loved every second of it. In fact, I think I did some of the best work I've ever done with them. They're very driven, making sure that every meeting is a place to make decisions, and not just talk. I love that. Just a great company made up of great people.

"Knockoff Dropshipping Company That Abuses Minorities?"

This company GiddyUp.io I feel has excessively abused me as a minority and person of color. As a person of color my experience with this company has caused me severe emotional distress due to their excessive abuse that is most likely correlated to my race and the color of my skin, as well as my gender.

This appears to be nothing more than a glorified dropshipping company, with knock off products. This company is untrustworthy.

After bringing up numerous examples to this company regarding how they discriminated against me they gave nothing but false apologies and continuous ill behavior.

The trouble with companies like this, they feel they can get away with abuse and discrimination. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but through my interactions with this company they have done nothing but abuse me perpetually.

I do not recommend this "appearance" of a knock off, so called drops hipping business. You will get what you will get for your terrible treatment of minorities GiddyUp.io. How dare you treat people like that?

"Super impressed with Giddyup"

This company has continued to go above and beyond. Every product I've discovered from them has been exactly as advertised and the one time I had an issue with something not working they personally connected me to the brand to help me fix it. They also continued to follow up and make sure I was happy. Really impressed with their cutsomer service and definitely a reader and fan for life!

"new SCAMMER on the block GIDDYUP, you'll lose you meney"

You sort of get a sense that a company 'feels ' very dodgy, but you see a product (ie in my case Bondic a glue) that you sort of need, and when you place the order your heart sinks. You wait an appropriate time for delivery and it still doesn't come.
To reinforce your gut feeling of a scam operation you are BOMBARDED from that point with offers by the dozens of offers EVRYDAY, so keen are they rob you. You know by now ( and after weeks of waiting for your goods that YOU in all good faith have been robbed. In my case £29 that I know I'll ever get back.
So what can you do for all the people that in good faith will by likely, as yourself, and get LURRED IN to buy from scammers like GIDDYUP? You use Trustpilot to post a warning about the new 'kid' on the scamming and ROBBING scene, and try to protect your fellow buyers, the good faith type, and the trusters, that they don't lose like you have done so......
