The first cartridge I received was the wrong one, I contacted the company and was promised the correct one would be posted that day for delivery the next day (Friday). The cartridge eventually turned up on the Tuesday and the company did not responded when I emailed them the second time.

I would like to be able to return my used cartridge as per instructions on the installation manual. What address should I send it to and will it be recycled.?

Unfortunately the cartridges that arrived were not compatible with my printer. The ones I ordered were compatible. I opened one of the cartridges before realising but the other one remains unopened. I would like a replacement for at least the unopened one.
