"No Glowy Cat"

I never received my item and got no response from customer service.

Edit: My Glowycat appeared and a few days later customer service responded. They did want to make sure I was satisfied but a month with no word from them was excessive.

There was a problem with my order because of the transportation service, but they got it fixed and we recieved our order with gifts! Daughter is beyond happy. I recommend!
