After receiving two cavitation treatments in a clinic with great results I decided to purchase the Adonis 30k 6 in 1 cavitation machine for at home for my own use. I researched online and found Rejuva Fresh which seemed to have great reviews.

The machine was delayed getting to me due to a postal strike in Canada and when I finally got it I was very excited to receive my training and use the machine. I used the machine four times following all recommended settings from the company. I have unfortunately seen zero results. This machine does not work. I would also like to note the vacuum attachment left me with noticeable bruising even though I had it on the lowest setting. I am in the process of asking for a refund but unfortunately I have been given the run around from their costumer service team. After being sent their refund policy it sounds like you can only return something if you haven’t used it but how do you know you want to return it before you use it?

Trust me this machine does not work. Pay for the expensive clinic treatments.

To add to my original post as I do not see an option to reply separately, I noticed you changed your original reply which I find interesting.

As far as more training being needed, my original training with Jamil was great. Training is not the issue. I felt very confident using the machine I purchased. It simply does not work. And my diet is very clean but thank you for insulting me.
As I stated previously I have had previous body contouring done with a different machine using the same functions and had great results.

After buying a laser machine off eBay I didn’t get what I needed. I reached out to Rejuva Fresh and Adriana got right back to me this was even over the weekend. After talking to me about what I was needing she got back to me with a machine that was what I was needing. And was in my budget. The purchasing and delivery process was stress free as I was able to ask questions and get prompt response. I received the machine as ordered have hooked it up and everything seems to work as described. I am currently waiting for my appt. For the training to learn more about proper use of this new machine. So far satisfied with my purchase and the customer service has been more then expected.
