First time that I ordered from this website. I bought several shoe laces and received only one pair in the package. So I wrote to the customer service and they replied within 5 minutes tops!
The problem comes from the postal services. I suppose that the laces got stolen so Outsole sneakers didn't make any mistake. Nevertheless they wrote that they will send me once again the missing laces!
This is just AMAZING! Who does that in 2022?
Outsole Sneakers cares about its customers eventhough I placed a small order!

Ik wist niet zo goed welke protection spray het beste was, na goed advies ben ik uiteindelijk tot een goede keuze gekomen.

Erg leuk dat er een handgeschreven kaartje bij de bestelling zat en wat leuke stickers. Een persoonlijke touch bij een bestelling maakt het tóch net wat leuker! Ga zo door ;)
