I had a fantastic experience working with this company.Their team is incredibly talented and creative. They took my vision and turned it into a stunning logo that perfectly represents my brand. The communication was excellent, James Murphy was always responsive to all my feedback and have communicated fast through emails.

Working with Adam Black on our business logo design was easy and fast. He was always in contact to make sure our logo design was exactly what we wanted. Everything we asked for in our logo design was achieved. The ideas that were presented for approval were incredibly creative, and when it came down to the animation of our logo, Perfecto!! We couldn't have asked for anything better in our logo.

Absolutely one of the worst companies to work with. They make promises they can't keep and they certainly can't create 3D STL files even though they say they can.

They offer 24 to 48 hour turn around time. Going on 4 weeks now and no useable files.

They'll talk circles and play dumb though it's pure incompetence.

Even with supplied artwork and the Relief Specifications, they're clueless and blame it on everything other than themselves.

Don't walk away from the company - RUN AWAY.

I've lost 2 customers due to Logo"NOTEVENCLOSE"perfecto's delays and incompetence.

Filed a dispute with our CC company and in the process of legal action though, one thing they won't tell you or have it posted on their website is the address for physical mail / documents to be served.

So here's what Logoimperfecto does with Reviews. They wait 3 months then ask for additional information to verify that you've been a customer. If they tell Trustpilot that you were not Trustpilot drops your review.

I whole heartly believe that the majority of the 5 Star Ratings for Logoimperfecto is fake as there is a lot of cut and paste reviews.

After 4 Months I received a Full Refund from my CC Company in excess of $1100.00 as Logoimperfecto couldn't show any products provided.
