"Excellent Customer Service Experience"
Placed an order and quickly realized I forgot to add an item. Reached out to customer service and QUICKLY got a response. Since I ordered through Facebook I was told I would need to order the additional item from the website and they would refund me the shipping.
I did and very soon after I got an email from Kristy (who was awesome) saying they were able to include all the items in one package, it was on its way, and she refunded me the shipping from second purchase.
Phenomenal experience and I will be ordering from them again and again and again….

Ordered from this company spending a significant amount of money. Waited a month for delivery, still no sign of the item. It is extremely disappointing service. Asked for a phone call to discuss it - did not happen. Please do not waste your time with them, there are plenty of other options.

"Lost package, stolen items, no response"
Order 4 tops to wear to a semi-final - package was opened, and items were missing, so we refused delivery at the advice of the postal service. Contacted customer support; after 1 initial response, we've heard nothing. We leave for Paris in 2 days and have no top and no refund. How on earth this is acceptable for the official shop is beyond me. Very disappointed and looks like I'm not alone.

Waste of time.
Ordered one thing and sent another as a supplement and took the ball I ordered off the website.
Then went on to say it was my fault.
Looking at the other unsatisfied customers someone needs to shut this store down.
Customer service help line are arrogant and only communicate when they want to.

"Do not waste your time or money!"
Stay away from this company. Ordered something in June that was lost in transit. Made them aware of the issue in July. It is now August and they still have not remediated the issue. Poor response, even with evidence that the items are non retrievable in shipping. I would save yourself the hassle and buy from somewhere else.

"Springbok hoodie …"
I ordered a Springbok hoodie for my son which was delivered to him in Canada. I am very disappointed as the condition of the product is shocking. The writing on the hoodie is faded in places and the the writing has peeled off in other places. This product cost a lot of money being purchased from South Africa. I would like to know who to contact so I can get a full refund.

Haven’t received my item. Emailed back and forward nothing happened other than the same answer. They send me a link and the said tracking number do not excise.
PayPal will do nothing.

Ordered a rugby top back in September. Paid through paypal, tried to get my money back as it never arrived. But paypal ask for documentation to prove I never received it. Not sure how you provide the written proof that you did get something. Anyway needless to say I would avoid! SCAM ARTISTS

"Non delivery and poor response"
Unfortunately I ordered a Highlanders shirt for my son's birthday. After 7 weeks there is still no shirt and the tracking seems to show it got lost at a transfer station in China. The company's response to the situation has been very disappointing with them just repeating "it is in the post and will arrive" , when it is obvious something has gone wrong. So I have a very disappointed son and I am out of pocket $40
