Elsie is amazing! Nothing else to say pet from that. I had typed in my wrong e mail adress and fret reaching for my missing tickets for over n hour I contacted customer services nd Elsie sorted everything out without contacting me endlessly. Elsie is a star. Such a fabulous asset to your company

I was struggling to get some tickets sorted and as the result of an email Elsie at Stage City helped me and as the result I got the tickets that I wanted. Elsie was just so helpful. I don't know if I could have done it without her friendly help.

Purchased Motown tickets in Jan - couldn’t find the confirmation email for next week’s show. Emailed past 7pm and received an email indicating that they will look into my query in the morning ( when the office is open) and get back to me. 9.15am the following day, received a further reply with my confirmation email resent.

I had a query regarding tickets for an upcoming show. This required tickwts being released back to the venue in question so i could then get the tickets from there. I thought it was going to involve lots of phonecalls between me and Entertainers and venue. But after exchanging a couple of messages with Customer Service Agent Elsie at Entertainers, everything was sorted. Elsie/the team contacted the venue the following morning, released the tickets and then the venue contacted me so i could complete the purchase.
Completely hassle free for me and left me very happy with the service I had received.
