"Poor service"

Poor customer service, poor service as a whole.

I wanted to trial the service. After signing the first time the login(evidence provided)no longer worked. I then received numerous bills which if I am unable to login how can I use the service and be billed for it? How can I be billed when I have no choice to cancel the trial.

Their support confirmed they would cancel the bills and close the account as the issue was on their side. This was back in November 2024. They are still sending bills us…

I am a small business owner and I really enjoy the easy to use interface. The fact that it's not designed for accountants means there are some features which may be more difficult than others, but its great if you don't have an accounting background!

Very easy and simple to work with and the helpline is great. Very accurate in keeping records of business invoices and expenses.

"Akounto" is a great financial reporting software, but it does require some training before you can use all its features. I'm not too bad with numbers and know how to read the reports from Akounto. The one thing that might be difficult for the business's owners who aren't as confident in their knowledge about accountancy.
