Does its job well but there is room for improvement in the designFully agree with the point made about the limited number of coins available for exchange. The site also feels a bit cluttered, even though it was recently updated and has improved. The exchange for Ethereum and Bitcoin works flawlessly, and I'm completely satisfied with the commission rates. Still, the site interface could need some attention. Also it would be great to see a wider variety of coins added.

I liked the idea of being able to use my credit card but the verification process took way longer than I expected It works fine once you get through that but the waiting can be frustrating. It’s decent for exchanging crypto, but I feel like some things could be improved to make it faster and more efficient =/

Regarding my £1900 which the scammers somehow transferred from my WISE account to Bintense without my knowledge or consent. I already emailed Bintense support Team but they replied that the email I used in contacting them did not match the email used during the transactions. For me, this reply was very disappointing. The less they could is to investigate.

I was scammed into transferring £1900 from my WISE account to Bintense 2 days ago. They said I had some money £2500 in bitcoin in my trading account to withdraw and needed to open WISE. They talked me into linking this WISE to my main bank account and using sweeping transactions moved my money to this Bintese. That is what is shown in the WISE statement. Is there any possibility to recover my money?
