Rush mad followup call on service performed several months ago. We explained our situation. Within an hour, Rush analyzed problem, and came up with a plan. Also rovided options and explained each. Fixed problem the same day. Follow up call the next day to check that everything was ok. I don't know what could be done better that that.

Very helpful, professional, friendly and did a great job fixing the mix up I made on my computer. I can really do a good job at screwing it up. Ed M. fixed two big ones for me. I would have been in deep mud if he had not fixed up my screw ups. He was an angel in disguise.

There were several people I dealt within the Rush organization. Each was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in fixing my computer's problems.

I was very skeptical when I first received the phone call from Rush.....how do I know who I'm really talking to?? There are so many scammers out there!! I would like to recommend that each customer be given their own identifier number...and that number must be used by Rush's techs and myself whenever communication has to take place....it is a protection for me and your company to ensure no one is being scammed!!

Other than that suggestion, everything went smoothly. At least now my computer is cleaned up, working great, and properly protected!
