"A stroke of luck for me"

Having reluctantly decided to accept a dsappointing offer from my local Ford dealer, I was about to go out when the phone rang and it was Instant Car Buyer with a MUCH better offer! What a lucky phone call that was! An hour & half later, Tom arrived, appraised the car, confirmed the offer, did all the paperwork, transferred the money, & was on his way. The next morning the car was picked up, all done & dusted.
Very professional & user friendly. I honestly can't think of how the process could have been made any easier. I had been led to expect that online car buying sites made offers they had no intention of honouring & you'd end up with much less than you thought you were going to get.
That was absolutely *not*the case with Instant Car Buyer. I thoroughly reccommend them

Arrived, checked car, agreed very fair price, transferred money, notified DVLA, shook hands, drove car away..... all within minutes!! Very friendly, not salesy or pushy at all.

They bought my car for a much better price than their more-well-known competitors and were literally hassle-free.

I was quoted an amount online that was near enough what I was quoted after the doorstep valuation.
The amount I received for my car exceeded the market value and exceeded quotes from their competitors so I went with Instant Car Buyer Essex.
The process was a relief as I find buying and selling an awful process.
I have Asperger's, Combined ADHD and tend to find these situations incredibly taxing and stressful however Stewart was forever patient and responsive and reassuring.
As a salesman I asked Stewart for advice on purchasing a vehicle once mine was sold and Stewart went above and beyond trying to find a deal for me and found an absolute gem of a Van for me!!
Nothing is too much to ask.
