The company has been wonderful in working with our needs and within our budget. The guard assigned to us is a wonderful person who we will be sad to see go. The only reason this review is not 5 stars is there were a couple of times where miscommunication on scheduling led to a misstep where we did not have our guard for the evening.

I've tried a few security companies, and Sentry stands out positively. Staffing is a challenge I think for all of us, and Security is certainly feeling this. We've had hiccups related to staffing, but Sentry always responded quickly and proactively to make sure we were covered.

Working with Sentry Security has been easy and professional. They were receptive and timely with there response to my need for overnight security and set things up quickly. After confirming they could provide the services I needed I was contacted by the Field Supervisor to personally review our security needs and he provided contact info and personal training to the staff member that worked our property. I am pleased with the service and quality of staff provided. I have a second need at my location and contacted Sentry right away to set it up..

"Brian does a great job"

Security guard Brian does an excellent job. He shows up on time, is friendly, and you can tell he cares about what he does. When he works the morning shift he is always at the gate or runs in to me on site within the first few minutes I am there. We have not been as impressed with some of the other guards. I usually arrive on site around 5am and have caught them sleeping in their cars or nowhere to be found at this time. Our contract covers until 5:30am

Owner is hands on. Works well providing security plans for changing construction conditions. Staff Follows up with local police on suspicious activities. Good job keeping monthly billings accurate. Integrates foot patrol with security cameras
