We purchased some chairs which were unfortunately marked. However, one phone call to Natalie at the shop rectified this without a fuss. We now have a set of very beautiful chairs.
One thing that would improve the experience further would be advice on how to protect the furniture - we have had an independent specialist advise that they need sealing with lacquer to prevent damage as they are in their natural state

"What a fantastic shop and team!"
Per chance I stumbled on the Cotswold Grey shop in Moreton during a lull in lock down. I noticed a sofa that looked exactly how I wanted. Not yet ready to buy I left the shop. Then lockdown happened again. I found out that they have a website chose my products but then decided to use the chat function to ask some questions. Just half an hour later and with a great help from Aston (thanks mate), a week - yes A WEEK - later I had my sofa delivered, on time by a great, polite and jovial team. If it was just for the service I got that would be it. But they have some GREAT products and will be calling in again when this nightmare is all over.

Poor service..2 assistants , no eye contact or acknowledgement as I waited to pay- far more intersted in each other and so, having been ignored for over 5 minutes, I left my potential purchases and left. Rudeness is costly, good customer service is priceless. Shame. Will not return
