"One star is too much!"

I would steer well clear of this company. The MD is based in Leeds, and has minimal to no staff able to service the warehouse in Ireland. This means you'll wait days for any request you have that requires answers from Ireland. They even have the cheek to suggest charging to send people there!!! We waited literally months for responses to simple questions. No communication, no apologies, loads of excuses. Not a way to run a company and not a way to treat your clients. One star is too much.

"Not the service for us"

We worked with Boxzd Ireland for the fulfilment of deliveries for virtual event packages to countries in Europe. The service started out well however after a few months the communication stopped and requests were not being fulfilled. I would not recommend the supplier for this service.
