"Terrible service"

Terrible service! Very unprofessional staff. Firstly I was told my flooring was in stock, then told it had been dispatched neither of which was true then after waiting for a return call from management staff answered the phone by picking up and shouting "yo" at me then hanging up, then they finally admitted they didn't have my flooring in stock and offered a match but again didn't call me or email me so I requested a refund to which I was made to wait another two weeks as they said their manager was off and even then I ended up going through PayPal as they didn't answer calls or emails (untill I had already contacted PayPal). Please if you need flooring quickly and want professional service don't buy from this company!
