Mi sono affidata alla gioielleria Cicala per l’acquisto di un regalo per me molto importante. Ho trovato il personale gentile e molto competente. Vi è la possibilitá di creare anche gioielli personalizzati , mi mancava solo il tempo ma sicuramente è un servizio molto gradito che terró presente .

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
i wanted an item from their offer and inquired if it's available or they need to order - was told "the products(plural) are arriving in few days"
then they encouraged me to make the payment BEFORE they arrive because:
" I suggest placing your order before the watches reach us in stock.
We are selling several of them and it is therefore not certain that, upon arrival, there will still be some free for new customers"
"few" days turned into 20 and i sent them a notice of my withdrawal from the purchase
their answer in short - "the right to withdrawal doesn't apply to you because we ordered the item especially for you"

the whole experience left a strong taste of being scammed...it's clearly visible from the correspondence that the watches are arriving already and that I'm buying one of those and not one "extra" ordered for me but their position is "Oh well, we done it anyway and you're paying for it"

just HORRIBLE


(also, I was constantly reminded, before and after, at least 10 times, of the "present" I'm about to receive and that I did receive - the present turned out to be a 100g chocolate bar....they're really proud of that chocolate,maybe they should sell that instead of jewelery)

Ho fatto l'ordine i primi di dicembre. Il prodotto sarebbe dovuto arrivare attorno al 20/12.
MAI ARRIVATO.
Nessuna risposta alle mail o ai mesaggi di richiesta info o rimborso.

Ordinato degli orecchini online, sono arrivati con imballo molto ben fatto e corriere tracciabile. Consigliato! Non metto 5 stelle per una leggera carenza nella comunicazione con il cliente, che sicuramente potrebbe migliorare.

Sono stato nel negozio di Via S. Vincenzo per un regalo ed ho trovato persone molto competenti e cordiali unite ad una ampia scelta di prodotti. Mi sono sentito a mio agio in ogni momento della mia permanenza, sono stato consigliato nella scelta in modo molto onesto e professionale. Lo consiglio a tutti anche per la vasta gamma di preziosi , adatti ad ogni portafoglio, che possono proporre. Tornerò sicuramente.
