HAPPYNEON is truly a great company to work with. I created a custom design and needed a quicker than usual delivery time, which they did! Great service and cheaper than other companies. I would definitely use them again.

They were very communicative during the order processing, which I appreciated because it takes a lot of time to make and ship. The final product is beautiful - exactly what my husband wanted. The lighting is bright and vivid and it looks great in my husband's gaming area. It is well made and sturdy. I will be coming back to HAPPYNEON for other neon lights.

"Shipped relatively quickly"

The two neons I purchased were made to my instructions and shipped relatively quickly and well packaged from China, the other larger sized neon took longer to ship from Korea. I have to add, just wish it could have been made in the US so I could have just called and not had to email the sales person.

Ordering a few days in advance is never a good idea if you want neon before Christmas, you need to be more than 3 weeks in advance! Other than that, neon is great! My daughter is super excited about it!
