I find it incredible that organisations are allowed to set up & their income is primarily generated by taking advantage of peoples misery. This company take a 'management fee' for 'helping you' consolidate your debts. I had been paying them half of what I pay into the plan & the other half goes to my debts. For anyone who is in a situation where they need to get their debts under control immediately, contact citizens advice & they will provide information for government funded organisations who will set up a payment plan and ALL of the money you pay into the plan will go to your debtors. I have halved the amount of time it'll take to pay off all my debts by simply changing from Refreshdebt to another organisation,


Be smart when you're choosing, after all, it's only you that'll be effected in the end.

Refresh really helped me get back on my feet!!
They where very helpful and professional from the first call and did not make you feel bad for asking for help. When I got into debt I tried to negotiate with the credit card companies a payment plan but they where just rude and arrogant and made you feel bad that you are in this situation and offered no help, well they just said pay what you owe but if you don’t have the money to do this then its hard to pay what you owe. Then I heard about refresh I was a bit dubious at first about calling them as I thought they would make you feel really bad but I was very wrong!! Refresh where so helpful and professional they sorted out everything for me. Refresh really did take a huge weight off my shoulders until I got myself back on my feet. They are very flexible and do there best to fit the payment plan around your life & you. I would definitely recommend them 10/10!!

I know that these guys are paid to be of assistance to you, however my experience with Refresh was my first with any debt management company. They put me at ease and made me feel comfortable talking about a taboo that is money troubles. I have always found them very professional and easy to talk to. I am now at the end of my agreement with them, and I personally hope never to use them again, not because of their service - because I hope never to get into debt again!
