"I've ordered from NCF early February…"

I've ordered from NCF early February this year with the availability they had for only a few plugs to give them a try in my greenhouse business. Everything arrived on time but some did not look good and some of it was missing, so I notified them immediately they had me call got right through they understood and helped me with some missing plants. Then the ones I had I immediately planted and waited nothing ever grew from any of them and I again notified them right away and with photos I received no response, I emailed them again nothing since. I am a bit skeptical to do anymore business since they have not returned my email. A bit disappointed that all the money spent went to the trash.
