Even though it was over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend she managed to find exactly what I wanted, get it printed & available to view on line & then made sure I received it in time for my nieces hen party. It was firstly delivered when I wasn’t at home. I tried to indicate a safe place for it to be re-delivered to but it wasn’t possible to do so online. I had to phone the office to change that. Once done it was delivered successfully. Should be easier.
