I ordered a cardboard cut out of Sandra bullock as a gift for a friend. Normally i would just give the gift out but i decided to check it for once and i am glad i did as the quality of the cut out was terrible and in places slightly torn, thankfully the picture that was used wearing a black dress and i could colour in the tares with a black felt tip.

Although this is a fun/joke gift due to the poor quality i wont be using this company again nor would i recommend them.

I ordered a cutout for my father as a fun gift. When it arrived, the shipping company had damaged my product. I emailed the company and within hours got a response as well as an immediate shipment of a brand new cutout which arrived 3 days later. The cutout itself is perfect. Size is accurate, picture is good quality, sturdy and as described. I really want to point out the wonderful communication and response though, as this is some of the best customer service from a company I have dealt with.
