"Well made but TINY"

The quality is great, my friend was very happy with this for her birthday. But I should have checked the size!! I was so disappointed by just how small it was, it said mini cut out but my 2 year old daughter is a foot taller than it!! It’s very small!!

"UPS damaged my package (EDIT)"

After UPS damaged my package and never delivered it, I didn’t get an email response from CCC so I left a kind of petty review to speed up response time and of course it worked and I did get a phone call but the phone call honestly made up for everything. You could tell whoever was calling felt genuinely bad about me not getting a response and honestly was embarrassed. He said he would be sending me a new one and would be getting me a tracking number today. After the review i left I have to say the service was exceptional but I did have to leave a review to get feedback which is why I’m giving 4 stars.
