I ordered a cutout for my niece, and not only did it ship quickly and arrive BEFORE Christmas (thank goodness!) all the way from the UK to the US, but it was also in pristine condition. Before it arrived, I got antsy and emailed to see if I could get a shipping update. I promptly received a full breakdown of the shipment movements and saw that it was set to be delivered right away. I am so thankful for the professionalism of this company, and the product was well worth the price!
