They did not refund my money. They are in China and claim to be in the US. You can enter the measurements on the site, but then they will ask you for more measurements and never send the material. Going through paypay, I never got over $400 back.

I’m not the sort of person to leave a review but I feel I have to with the quality of the suit and the fantastic service I received through out.

I did a lot of research about which company to go to, went to a few but I knew as soon as I met Dav at Tailormade London this was where I was going to get my suit, his knowledge about materials and what colours to go for was a great help.
Just collected my suit and the fit is fantastic, better then I imagined, roll on 7th June for my wedding day now!!!
Once again many thanks Dav and it was a pleasure to deal with you, I know where I’m ging from now on. Can’t recommend him enough!

Having only owned two made to measure suits in the past and the last one almost 30 years ago from a tailor in the City of London, I have been very sceptical about having anything made to measure. Recently I have started to realise that most of the off the peg suits look like I am wearing a sack so I decided time to try again.

After hours researching on the internet and because the idea of being scanned for the measurements appealed to the geek in me I chose Tailor Made.

I decided to have two suits made from a mid range priced cloth, a bit of a risk on a first visit but because the service was impeccable, nothing was too much trouble and their advise excellent I thought let's go for it.

I was advised that the suits would take 6 weeks and a week before they were due I was contacted and asked to select a date and time convenient for me for my fitting. The suits fitted perfectly first time.

I am so pleased with the results that I will be returning later in the year to have another two made.

As a prominent solicitor, lecturer and occasional media performer my suits are vital; they need to be well made, perfectly fitting, classic BUT different so that in any large gathering of dark uniformly suited lawyers I stand out. I have just collected two of the best suits I think I have ever owned and having shopped at everywhere from Saville Row to upscale and upmarket mens designer stores I could not fault the whole process at this firm. From the initial prompt email response to my enquiries, right down to today's fittings and collection I was treated as a respected, long standing customer even though this was my first visit. I was given time to choose every detail, and the finished products are just excellent. I shall wear them with pride at each and every legal function and meeting and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company.

I had a 3 piece suit made specifically for wear to weddings. Each person I have spoken with has remarked on the quality and the cut. I recently attended my eldest Grand-daughter's wedding and was consistently targeted by the photographer who declared me "the best dressed man".

The assistance and attention provided to me by Rui and Sam was remarkable. Their ethos and service demonstrates they truly love their work and that it's a client they are serving, not just a sale.

The workmanship, fabric and attention to detail in making the suit cannot be faulted. The unique measuring facility makes measuring unbelievably quick and accurate and allows more time spent in choosing your fabric and designing your suit.

I obviously cannot recommend this company enough. My only regret bring that I didn't find them sooner.
