I bought a juicer machine. I wasn’t happy with the product so wanted to return it for a refund. No problem at all with communication. Quick response from this company and refund organised very quickly so would definitely buy from them again.

I made enquiries about the compatibility of a particle led tube and was told that they would check. The staff member then came back to me and said that they are no longer available, but the website shows them as being available and in stock.

Excellent price was a bit worried as never used before and such a good price but they sourced my lamp from abroad and was delivered to them and then to me within a week will use again with no hesitation
