Fairly quick and trouble free installation of new boiler. Pipe work was rather untidy and will need to be covered. Another DIY job for myself. Some electrical work was also done to improve safety. The final job of fitting new condensate relief outlet took 2 or 3 days to sort out. However not a bad service. Cheaper than some quotes I had before.

The initial engineer was knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us a couple of choices, as we were undecided to re-locate the boiler. He was open and honest about the the choices he made, and there have been no "surprise" hidden extras. He left us with the information, and NO PRESSURE to buy. No discount "if you buy today" nonsense.

When the installation engineer turned up, he was courteous and industrious. He stopped once for a meal, and when he left, his work area was spotless. He gave us complete instructions of the new boiler use, and was happy to answer any questions.

We are delighted with all aspects of the service we received, and would not hesitate to recommend.

We are highly delighted with our new boiler installation. The fitter arrived promptly, was very polite and friendly, and completed the installation in the day. The work was very professionally undertaken and it was a clean and tidy job. We now have very hot radiators and lots of hot water (easily controlled) for the first time since moving into our house. We would highly recommend Innovate (and have done) to anyone needing a new boiler.
