I'm a returning customer. I always have a very pleasant experience with Dr. Natasha Keel. Great hygienist who gave me plenty of good advice and she's been very careful with my pain phobia :)

I have been a patient for many years, always seen on time. The dentist and hygienist are both excellent, all staff are polite and helpful. Any treatment I have received has been to an excellent standard with advice on how to continue at home.

I visited the practice for airflow treatment.

I found Claire one of the receptionists very helpful as I had to rearrange my appointment a couple of times. She also noticed that I had credit on my account which my dental practice hadn't informed me of and I was delighted to hear that I only had to pay £5 for my visit.

Natasha the hygienist made me feel relaxed, she explained everything to me and didn't make me feel ashamed about how stained my teeth were, which was a massive bonus as I was very embarrassed about them.

The airflow was painless and the results are amazing.

I really couldn't recommend the team enough. Natasha has even given me an early appointment to fit me in and I'm looking forward to my return visit tomorrow morning and also seeing the results!

I’m a very nervous patient. Dr wasima shafique was very sympathetic and reassuring and put me at ease immediately. The receptionists are also lovely. I would highly recommend this dental practice and will do so to my friends and family.

I ended up coming here to see Natasha the hygienist because my NHS dentists wait was over 4 months (and that was on top of waiting 6 months for a check up)!! Embarrassingly after not seeing a hygienist for nearly 5 or so years she had her work cut out. She did a fantastic first clean, and I've just returned from a check up appointment and second clean.

Considering they needed a thorough clean, it was all done gently and the difference was instantly noticeable. At no point did I feel judged for not going for so long (which I was worried about) and Natasha has given me some fantastic advice for future care.

It's such a shame I can't afford to swap to full private dental care as this place is brilliant, all the staff I have interacted with have been friendly, caring and incredibly professional!

Myself, my husband and our five year old son recently had our first appointment at Sensational Smiles. We moved from our other dentist because we were unhappy with the service and for my husband, in particular, he has always been a little nervous of the dentist and he was not getting results he wanted. The reception team are professional and helpful and our dentist, Wasima Shafique, was very warm and welcoming. She gave each of us a thorough consultation with a clear explanation, and a plan was put in place. So many times we have visited other dental practices and listened to medical terminology we didn't understand or recieved very little feed back and felt we were getting charged a lot, for little. This is obviously a clinic who cares about their patients - we definately recommend this dental surgery. Very happy!

We have been with Sensational Smiles for a couple of years now, and we are very happy with this surgery. Both the hygienist (Natasha) and the dentist (Wasima) are very knowledgeable and skilled. The medical equipment is at a very high standard. They are an excellent practice, and I can't recommend them highly enough.
